Job description

We're hiring established CDL-A OTR team drivers only for high-mile runs. Teams earn $115,000–$125,000 annually per driver with competitive weekly pay and steady miles.

Pay & Home Time

Rate per mile : $0.81 CPM / split
Average weekly pay per driver : $2,400–$2,800
6,000–7,000 miles per week
Home 1 day per week out (up to 5 consecutive days)
Minimum 3 weeks out
Pay schedule : Every Friday via direct deposit

Extra Pay Opportunities

Detention Pay : $16 / hr after 2 hrs

Short Haul Pay : $25 + mileage (under 100 miles)

Breakdown Pay : $75 per day

Stop Pay : $30 per extra stop

Per Diem : Automatically included (must opt out during orientation to decline)

Holiday Pay : $700 for 7 holidays (after one year of service)

Freight & Equipment

Dry van, 100% no-touch freight (60% drop & hook)

2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (automatic)

Inverters 1,500–1,800 W, GPS, E-logs, advanced tech

100% assigned trucks — no slip seating

Take truck home

Only established CDL-A teams (no solo drivers)

21+ years old

6+ months CDL-A experience per driver
