SCADA Systems Engineer – Delaware
$95,000 to $115,000
Design, deploy, and maintain control systems for electric utility substations and field equipment. You’ll be responsible for programming new devices, overseeing existing operational technology, and analyzing system data to optimize performance.
What you’ll do :
Develop and implement software for SCADA and distribution automation hardware.
Manage and troubleshoot devices and their associated software tools.
Review operational data and logs to identify system improvements and support design updates.
What you need :
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited program.
At least three years of direct involvement with SCADA packages like Ignition (Inductive Automation), Emerson OSI SCADA, Wonderware (AVEVA), Siemens SICAM, or ABB MicroSCADA.
Knowledge of electric utility workflows and field device operations.
Proficiency in Windows environments and user interface software used in SCADA systems.
Experience with CI system platforms is a plus.
