What You’ll Do :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions

Accurately record and track session data

Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other providers

Support client independence, communication, and skill development

Requirements :

Prior experience in ABA therapy (RBT certification preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)

Strong communication and time management skills

Patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping children with Autism

Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months

Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT course if not already certified

Important Details :

Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings

All roles begin as part-time, with potential for growth
