We believe that our hygienists know our patients & their individual needs best! We will support you while you determine the care you want to provide & the time it takes you to give that care to those patients.

• Prophy / Recare : Adults : 45-60 minutes
• New Patient Appointments : 60-90 minutes (depending on patient needs)
• Scaling & Root Planning (2 Quads of SRP) : 1 ½ hours (90 minutes)

Stable & Consistent Full-Time Schedule : 4 days per week, We see patients Monday – Thursday and you get to enjoy a three day weekend!

What You Bring to Our Team

Valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License – If you are MN licensed, we will help you obtain your WI license!

Tech-Savvy Skills : Experience with digital records, including digital x-rays, digital scanners, pano, and intraoral photography.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental disease. We are counting on you to help our patients by :

Conducting Comprehensive Oral Health Assessments : Reviewing medical histories, taking x-rays, and assessing oral conditions.

Performing Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care : Prophylaxis cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, polishing, treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.

Educating Patients : Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive care to maintain optimal oral health.
