Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Job Details

Location : Saint Louis, Missouri (ZIP 63131) – Missouri healthcare jobs

Facility : Acute Care Hospital – Cardiac Cath Lab

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025 – End : 2 / 16 / 2026)

Shift : 4x10-hour day shifts (07 : 00 – 17 : 00)

Weekly Hours : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,660–$2,730

On-call : Up to 2 days per week and every other weekend

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend on call

Charting System : EPIC

Scrubs : Provided

Parking : Free on-site parking

CT / Rad Tech Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, CT Tech, or Radiologic Technologist in a cardiac setting

Active Missouri state license or compact state license

National certifications : IEMA and BLS required

Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

Experience with GE MacLab and cardiac diagnostic / PCI procedures

Ability to float within the cardiac service line as needed

References preferred at time of submittal

Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor cardiac diagnostic and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) cases

Assist with advanced cardiac procedures, including mitral valve clip, TEVAR, EVAR, and vital sign monitoring

Operate specialized imaging equipment such as Philips and Siemens x-ray tables

Perform accurate hemodynamic monitoring and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias

Support cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and other interventional cardiology procedures

Float within the hospital's cardiac service line as needed

Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage every other weekend
