Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Rep is responsible for the accurate registration of all patients seeking access to hospital services. Will also be responsible for answering and transferring calls to the appropriate departments. Assists in up front collections of time of service. PRN, variable shifts as needed. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous clerical, collections and credit experience; knowledge of healthcare accounts receivable billing and collections, experience with automated systems applications.
