Summary

The position provides high quality patient care. Demonstrates good patient and family assessment skills. Plans and implements treatments of individuals and families. Facilitates treatment psycho-diagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning. Functions well as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participates in community relations for the Hospital. Ensure that there is a community knowledge of Mille Lacs Health System. Participates in contact with all current and new referral sources.

Full time, typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm. Days and hours are subject to change based on patient care needs.
