We are looking for qualified candidates for the Licensed Vocational Nurse role at varying levels (I, II, III). You will be placed in the appropriate category based on your qualifications and experience, enabling you to contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, as responsibilities increase with experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • LVN I : Provide nursing care in an assigned clinical area under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator. Apply clinical nursing knowledge and skills to ensure patient safety and comfort while organizing care based on identified priorities.
  • LVN II : Perform all duties of an LVN I while taking on additional responsibilities.
  • LVN III : Fulfill all duties of LVN I and II while continuing to increase your responsibilities and contributions to patient care.

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program.
  • Current and valid Texas LVN license.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a clinical area or successful completion of a KSC LVN Residency program.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively use equipment and supplies for the designated patient population in the clinical area.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • For LVN II : 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • For LVN III : 9+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Compensation is based on various factors, including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k contribution plan (subject to eligibility). The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $41.83 for full-time employment.
