POSITION PURPOSE

Supports Treasury Services Sales Officers and their sales of Treasury Services solutions to Prosperity’s Commercial and Retail clients and prospects. Strong computer skills to assist with sales management, presentations, reporting, product and solution documents, and models for analyzing markets, revenue and profitability, pricing, etc. Serves as a back-up to the Treasury Services Sales Team for issue escalation and resolution.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree or equivalent work experience

Experience Required:

Financial services internship or equivalent preferred

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills

Understanding of accounting, finance, and cash management principles and practices

Strong understanding of working capital and the cash conversion cycle including identification of their key components and drivers

Ability to create proformas and understand formulas involved in analysis

Ability to read financial statements

Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations for internal and external use

Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet and word processing software

Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to research issues and conflicts for best resolutions

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data establish facts and draw conclusions.

Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.

Mathematics Ability:

Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission markup and selling price; and ratio, proportion, and percentage.

Able to perform very simple algebra.

Language Ability:

Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias.

Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style.
