Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team in handling cases related to personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication, ensuring efficient and effective legal representation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes
  • Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
  • Prepare and file legal documents with the court
  • Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and evidence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury or litigation
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
