Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team in handling cases related to personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication, ensuring efficient and effective legal representation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes
Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
Prepare and file legal documents with the court
Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and evidence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Paralegal certification preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury or litigation

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation process

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in legal research and case management software

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
