Salesforce Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst (1099 Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, assisting with defining and scoping requests

Perform enhancements, automation, and development within Salesforce, including adjusting system logic and building complex flows

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business insights and ensure data quality

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, declarative tools, flows, modules / objects)

Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for scalable architecture and maintainability

Experience in building dashboards, reports, validation rules, and enforcing data quality

Experience interfacing with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Excellent documentation skills
