Job Description

Position Summary: The Route Sales Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle within an established route or territory and delivering goods and products to various customer locations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

* Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures

* Transports crew to various crew change sites across Louisiana, Texa, and Mississippi

* Periodically transport crew or catering equipment to special catering events

* Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients and co-workers

* Maintenance, services, and upkeep cleanliness of vehicle and equipment

* Report necessary maintenance or repairs needed on vehile to management

Qualifications

* Must possess a valid driver's license

* Previous experience as a driver preferred

* Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

* Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

Ability to work some weekends and holidays, and overnight trips

Punctuality and time management are key to this role.

Flexibility to adapt to changing plans

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
