You'll directly influence how LPL brings to market key programs that help advisors manage and grow their businesses.
As the Assistant Vice President, Product Marketing for Advisor Practice Solutions, you will shape and lead go-to-market strategies and translate complex programs into clear value propositions, lead launches across channels, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance advisor engagement and business outcomes. This role combines strategic marketing leadership, product storytelling, and hands-on execution to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Required : 7+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven record of developing and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable business results. Experience in audience research, messaging frameworks, and persona development. Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign effectiveness and translating insights into action.
Core competencies include : exceptional written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range : $103,463-$172,438 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
