Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology locum Georgia IMLC state!Details : - Location : near Atlanta, GA- Duration : October - ongoing- Schedule : 2 weeks per month- Shifts : Monday-Sunday 7a-7a (24-hour call for 7 consecutive days)- Scope : Advanced Heart Failure and VAD Program - Clinic, Inpatients rounding VAD, Heart Failure Consults - Duties : Clinic : Mon-Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-12p. Hospital inpatient VAD Rounds / Heart Failure Consults : Mon-Thu 8a-12p, Fri 1p-5p- Volume : Clinic : 10 patients per 4 hour shift. Hospital : 2 consults per 4 hour shift. Call : 1 VAD admission per week- EMR : Epic- Hospital : Level 1 Trauma, 478 beds- Group : CVICU Fellow and RN Coordinator Support. Supervise Fellows and APP's who do independent clinics- Credentialing : 120 days- Require : BC, Active GA License or IMLC Compact License, Advanced Heart Fellowship trained (ideally BC as well)Package Includes : - 1099 Contract- A+ Malpractice Coverage- Travel and housing provided- Competitive Pay Rates, negotiated on your behalf
