Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic setting.Floating between various units while adapting to different workflows.Conducting ongoing assessments and adjusting care plans as necessary.Engaging patients and families in their care planning and education.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility to work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and holidays as needed.This role is perfect for RNs who thrive in variety and challenge. Education and Certification Requirements :
Registered Nurse license from the state where you practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHA.Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
