Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager( 1 yr xp req)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

• Duties
• Manage a diverse portfolio of contractors / oil & gas commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to identify new client opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ability to work as a team player to solve problems.
• Requirements
• Property and Casualty Insurance License- Current and in force.
• Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong background in commercial lines account servicing.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier relationships is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software, applied epic, ez-lynx, and other relevant technology tools.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
