Facility Cleaning Position
Performs general cleaning duties for common and office areas throughout the entire facility including bathrooms and windows.
Completes daily cleaning tasks for example sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, emptying trash bins.
Responsible for minor maintenance tasks for example changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, reporting any major maintenance issues to the management.
Follows safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Responsible for ensuring common areas are free from hazards for example wet floors, cluttered walkways.
Receives Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements. Inspects common areas to identify any damages or repairs needed and reports issues to management team members.
Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines. Uses personal protective equipment.
Operates machinery and equipment safely.
Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
Actively participates in safety trainings and drills.
Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols.
Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources.
Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
Carries out assigned tasks communicating progress and relevant information.
Actively identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.30 - $22.30. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
