HVAC Installer
Position Summary
As the Lead HVAC Install Technician, you will oversee and execute HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute HVAC installation projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct HVAC installations according to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage project materials, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Willingness to undergo background check, drug screen, and physical exam.EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications preferred.Familiarity with California Building Code and state-specific HVAC regulations.What We Offer
