What You’ll Be Doing Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources in a courteous and professional manner Accurately input new patient information into the company’s system Verify insurance coverage, process orders, and obtain necessary physician documentation Provide timely updates to patients and referral sources regarding order status ???? In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, entering patient information, verifying insurance, and coordinating medical equipment orders for our Orthotics & Prosthetics department.
