      • Case Mix includes : General, Orthopedic, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Vascular, GI

    • Requirements

      • Active Washington State License (Mandatory )

    • State DEA
    • Board Certification Required unless truly BE
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS
