As an Advanced Vice President or Principal, you will build and lead your vertical, manage end‑to‑end deal execution, drive value creation, and mentor junior professionals.
Build Your Vertical
Develop and own the investment strategy for your sector of expertiseEstablish yourself as the firm's sector expert and thought leaderBuild relationships with intermediaries, management teams, and industry executives to drive proprietary deal flowBring your existing network of banker relationships, CEO contacts, and conference presence to accelerate deal originationHave the support of a junior deal team executiveLead Deals End‑to‑End
Source, evaluate, structure, and close control‑oriented LBO investmentsTarget : Founder‑owned businesses with $10‑30M EBITDAEquity checks : $50‑150M per platformLead IC presentations and drive investment decision‑makingNegotiate LOIs, manage diligence, and structure transactions with true debt structuresDrive Value Creation

Experience & Track Record
10+ years of private equity experience with a focus on the lower middle marketProven track record of closed platform investments – you've led or co‑led deals from sourcing through executionDemonstrated ability to source proprietary deal flow and close founder‑owned, owner‑operated businessesSector Expertise – Strongly Preferred
