Position Overview

The Audio-Visual (AV) Implementation Engineer and Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AV solutions within a global corporate environment. This role combines technical engineering expertise with project management leadership to ensure AV systems are designed and installed in alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include evaluating customer requirements, specifying the applicable AV standard, supporting the AV design engineering team to support the deployment of video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio distribution systems, coordinating vendor installation teams, managing and properly documenting project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to deliver reliable and scalable AV experiences that support business operations and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate customer requirements and specify the applicable AV standard.

Support the AV design engineering team to deploy video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio distribution systems.

Coordinate vendor installation teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Ensure quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to deliver reliable and scalable AV experiences.

Qualifications

Strong background in AV technologies and infrastructure.

Proven experience managing complex projects.

Industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) and PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
