About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (8 : 30 AM - 5 PM)

License : Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated

Certifications : BLS, PT degree (bachelor, master, or doctorate)

Must-Have : EMR documentation skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility / adaptability, resiliency, accountability for prompt documentation and billing

Description :

The role involves treating 8-14 patients per day through a combination of evaluations and treatments.

The primary focus is on outpatient services, with occasional support for acute inpatient coverage on weekends.

Common diagnoses include post-surgical orthopedic, neurological issues, chronic pain, back / neck radiculopathy, and pediatric cases.

The team consists of a manager, a lead therapist, several physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation aides.

Ideal candidates will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, and must have graduated from an accredited university and passed boards.

Business casual attire is expected, with options for scrubs in designated colors.

PT coverage is required during holidays and every sixth Saturday.
