Administrative Support Position

Provide administrative functions for the Corporate Operations department at Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC). These efforts directly relate to resource and administrative functions for the Plant Property Division at the facility.

Specialized Qualifications :

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. in support of this position.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Possess a minimum of one year of administrative support experience.
• Proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax and copiers.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Teams), Microsoft Edge, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Skilled with oral and written communications
• Possess well-developed time management and schedule coordination skills.
• The ability to work professionally with individuals, diverse groups, and the public
• DOD Secret Clearance is required for this position.
