Key Responsibilities

Review, redline, interpret, and negotiate key legal and financial terms of agreements

Act as a central resource for multiple departments and lead the full contract lifecycle management process

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree required

Paralegal Certificate preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial contracts

Experience working in multiple international jurisdictions

Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, Biotechnology, Privacy, and IP law is essential
