Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Account Executive who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and is driven to succeed through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of sales calls daily, both in-person and by phone
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Attend networking events during business hours and after hours as needed
Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospects
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, initiative-driven work style
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proven stamina and resilience in a high-volume sales environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Experience with in-person sales calls required
Staffing industry experience is a plus
