A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and represent clients in family law cases, including high-asset divorces and complex custody / support matters

Handle litigation, negotiation, mediation, and collaborative practice effectively

Transfer and manage 5-10 active cases from previous practice

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or similar degree

7+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney

Proven experience in high asset divorce and complex custody / support matters

Skilled in litigation, negotiation, mediation, and collaborative practice

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
