TITLE : Maintenance Manager

LOCATION : Alsip, IL

COMP RANGE : $100,000 - $140,000 plus bonus

Griffith Foods is hiring a Maintenance Manager to develop, implement and communicate the maintenance and facility strategy.

This is your opportunity o be a part of a dynamic team responsible for driving maintenance-related capital investment projects end to end.

As a Maintenance Manager , your responsibilities will include :

• Build and develop a skilled maintenance workforce
• Implement structured maintenance systems
• Establish robust spare parts and asset management systems
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety compliance
• Lead preventive maintenance efforts
• Be accountable for all maintenance and facility operations
• Support future automation initiatives
• Support all aspects of capital projects
