ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to support ITSM modernization efforts. The role requires expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, aligning with the CSDM v4.0 framework , and applying ITIL 4 practices for service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ServiceNow ITSM projects.
- Configure and customize key ServiceNow modules : CMDB, Incident, Problem, Major Incident, Change, and Request Management.
- Implement and maintain the CSDM v4.0 or higher framework .
- Conduct technical design reviews and configuration verifications.
- Create project documentation, workflows, and architecture diagrams.
- Provide training content and support go-live readiness.
Required Qualifications
2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and ITSM.Knowledge of ITIL 4 framework .Strong experience with ServiceNow CSDM and module customization.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in state or government IT environments preferred.
