The Landscape Laborer is a key member of our ground maintenance or construction team, responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks aimed at maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, this full-time role involves hands-on activities such as planting, mulching, edging, and performing seasonal cleanups. The Landscape Laborer will operate under the guidance of the Landscape Maintenance Foreman or Landscape Construction Foreman, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions. This position does not require mowing but focuses on fundamental landscape installation and upkeep tasks that contribute to the aesthetic and functional value of the environments we service.

Objectives :

• Consistently perform landscaping tasks that improve the visual appeal of residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure the health and vigor of plantings through proper mulching, watering, and soil care.
• Complete all assigned landscaping tasks, such as planting, edging, and seasonal cleanups, efficiently and within the allocated time frames.
• Work collaboratively with the landscaping team to complete projects smoothly and efficiently, sharing knowledge and skills as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all landscaping tasks to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Properly use, maintain, and store all landscaping tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Deliver services that meet or exceed customer expectations, resulting in positive feedback and repeat business.
