Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead software engineering teams in developing and delivering SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor high-performing software engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration

Drive the Agile / Scrum process and manage team performance through regular feedback and coaching

Ensure timely delivery of quality software while promoting engineering best practices and managing cross-team dependencies

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of software engineering experience, including fullstack experience at a Senior Software Engineer level

3+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of leading multiple teams

Strong technical acumen and experience with NodeJS, Typescript, React, and AWS services

Degree in Computer Science is required

Experience in designing and implementing software with an embedded AI / ML component is preferred
