$200 to $220 per hour

About The Position

OBGYN Physician Locums - North Carolina, Call-Only Coverage

Join an inpatient-only call pool in North Carolina with quick credentialing and strong clinical support.

Highlights

  • Call-only; no clinic, no rounding
  • Start in as little as 15 days with temp privileges
  • Onsite call room available
  • Flexible dates; join the pool as needed

Practice Setting

  • PEDS Level II hospital with 12-bed women's and children's unit
  • Strong RN and MA support
  • Meditech EMR

    • Schedule

  • Beeper call, 15-minute response time required
  • Ongoing schedule, pick your dates
  • Average 3-8 patients seen per shift

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Routine and complicated deliveries : C-sections, breech, multiples
  • Low- and high-risk pregnancies
  • Circumcisions required
  • Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic)

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active North Carolina license required (not open to IMLC)
  • ACLS, NRP, and PALS required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Lodging and rental car covered
