Transportation Coordinator

Location : Springdale AR (Onsite)

Duration : 3 Months Pay : $21 / hr

Shifts :

SunTue Every Other Sat 8 : 00 PM8 : 00 AM
WedFri Every Other Sat 8 : 00 PM8 : 00 AM

Training : MonFri 7 : 30 AM4 : 30 PM onsite

Summary :

The Transportation Coordinator supports daily shipping operations by communicating with carriers customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery. This role involves managing scheduling systems tracking shipments and resolving transportation issues.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate freight movement and delivery timelines.

Communicate professionally with carriers and customers regarding load status.

Use dispatch systems to monitor transportation activity.

Maintain scheduling through external logistics portals.

Resolve shipping delays and provide proactive issue resolution.

Support continuous improvement in logistics workflows.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree or equivalent logistics experience.

13 years in transportation dispatching or customer support.

Proficient in MS Office & email correspondence.

Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
