Excellent customer service skills Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment Ability to work and function in a team environment Health & Fitness minded people required Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness. Be AED / CPR certified JOB DUTIES INCLUDE : Assist in Mayweather Boxing & Fitness business and studio operations and get an opportunity to learn about the business side of things. Work hand-in-hand with both instructors & sales team to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout. Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio. Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre / during / post) shift activities. Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution. Participate in marketing and outreach events Teaches a minimum number of 5 classes per week Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs. Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations. The studio’s hiring manager can provide more details if you are selected to proceed with the interview process.
