Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare teams, ensuring efficient operations and timely task completion.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, both in-person and virtual, to maintain organized workflows.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation related to patient care and operational initiatives.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records, including patient and organizational information.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as preparing regulatory reports and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize resources, improve processes, and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Support healthcare leaders with administrative tasks tied to initiatives like documentation improvement and digital transformation.
- Contribute to cost-containment efforts by streamlining processes and identifying efficiencies.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties, data entry, and answering inbound calls is advantageous.
