Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance re-education, to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress toward mobility and independence goals.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans and progress.

Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to sustain long-term functional improvements.

Qualifications :

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure).

Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.

Strong commitment to patient care and professional excellence.
