What You'll Do

As our Sales Design Consultant, you will :

Engage and Inspire : Communicate with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and qualify leads to ensure each project meets eligibility requirements.

Design & Visualize : Use design software such as AutoCAD or Google SketchUp (training provided if needed) to create innovative, accurate, and visually stunning pool renderings that bring clients' backyard visions to life.

Sell and Collaborate : Present your creative designs to clients, assist in material and accessory selections, and work closely with our construction team to transform designs into reality.

Manage Projects : Coordinate with HOAs for necessary project approvals, gather essential pre-construction documentation (e.g., property surveys, engineering reports), and maintain an organized, updated pipeline using our CRM system.

Deliver Exceptional Service : Follow our proven process to ensure every project flows smoothly from concept to construction to ongoing maintenance, while continually exceeding customer expectations.

What You Bring

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who :

Has a flair for design and the ability to conceptualize unique backyard living spaces.

Is experienced or eager to learn design software and understands construction basics.

Possesses strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Is passionate about delivering high-value service and growing in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

(Preferred) Holds a four-year college degree and has a track record of selling high-value design-build projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base & Commission : Starting base of $50K+ with commission draw expected within 3 months. Top performers have the potential to surpass $100K.
