We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Information Technology team as part of our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while working on innovative technology projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Receives and responds to incoming telephone calls, e-mail, and intranet requests for Greystone IT.
  • Documents work orders using TrackIT.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves a predefined list of customer problems.
  • Escalates unresolved work orders to the appropriate support areas.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required :

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an interest in Commercial Real Estate and Technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with presentation management software.
  • The ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
  • The ability to understand and follow process from logging customer’s problem to knowing how and when to escalate.
  • Working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills quickly.
