Family Law Attorney

A boutique family law firm serving California's Bay and Los Angeles Areas is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This firm handles complex divorce, custody, and asset division matters with a tailored, client-first approach. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of sophisticated cases and collaborate with a tight-knit, remote-first legal team.

About the Role :

  • Lead family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial.
  • Strategize case development and legal approach based on client-specific goals.
  • Handle complex matters involving custody, property division, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Participate in weekly attorney meetings and quarterly team off-sites.
  • Collaborate with dedicated paralegal support (2 : 1 attorney-to-paralegal ratio).

Qualifications :

  • Licensed in California and residing in or near a Bay Area or Lon Angeles Area county.
  • 8+ years of California family law experience.
  • Certified Family Law Specialist or actively pursuing certification.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and strategically.
  • Strong courtroom experience and familiarity with at least two Bay Area county courts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competitive base salary : $180k-$250k / year (DOE).
