Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Clinic Physician, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Providing comprehensive medical services to patients, including assessment, development of care plans, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans.

2. Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and services are maintained at all times.

3. Managing a diverse patient population, addressing chronic and acute illnesses.

4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.

5. Participating in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental and divisional nursing philosophy and objectives.

6. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

7. Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

8. Demonstrating a high level of fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Permanent Clinic Physician position, you must possess the following :

1. A Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.

2. A valid DEA Certificate.

3. A valid California State Physician License.

4. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

5. A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing medicine, preferably in a clinic setting.

6. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.

8. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions.

9. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
