Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the chapter’s annual marketing plan
Align marketing activities with SCORE’s national brand guidelinesTrack performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as neededDigital MarketingOversee chapter website updates (content, events, resources)
Manage social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Coordinate email newsletters and client communicationsCommunity Outreach & PromotionBuild relationships with local chambers, business groups, and community organizations
Promote SCORE workshops, webinars, and mentoring servicesSupport PR efforts-press releases, media contacts, local publicityBrand & Content ManagementEnsure consistent SCORE messaging and visual identity in all chapter communications
Create or oversee flyers, presentations, and promotional materialsHighlight client success stories and volunteer spotlightsTeam CollaborationWork with other volunteers (mentors, event coordinators, fundraising team) to promote activities
