The Retail Bank Marketing team is continuing to grow to offer VIP marketing experiences to consumers, and the Marketing Technology that fuels these experiences is critical to get right. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for Incentive Interfaces plays a critical role in driving this marketing destination state. This is a highly collaborative and user-focused role, where the individual will directly manage a core team of product managers to help shape the retail bank marketing technology roadmap and define incentive customer experience technologies that can be scaled across marketing campaigns. Collaborating across business strategists, designers, software engineers, marketers, and leaders will help inform this role's perspective in transforming the incentive experiences that customers experience on a daily basis.

Basic Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date : A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications : Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
