Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician Assistant to join dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking community. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable. Skills and Competencies :

- Education : MD, DO, NP, or PA from an accredited program.
- Licensure / Certification :
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
- Active medical license in the state of State .
- DEA license and BLS certification required.
- Language Skills : Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
