Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Neurosurgery!

Bring your passion for patient care to our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will work with a diverse and complex patient population including :

• Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
• High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases

Job Details :

Shift : 3rd

Hours per Week : 36

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Your Responsibilities Include :

Assessing needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

Recognizing significant changes in patient condition and taking appropriate action

Enhancing patient safety through proactive risk management

Coordinating discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach

Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives

Promoting a culture of safety and effective communication within the team

Qualifications :

Must have a Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Completion of an accredited Nursing program

Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
