Job Title : Nurse Preceptor

Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : 5 years of relevant experience

License : Client RN License

Certifications : AHA BLS, AHA PALS

Must-Have :

• Two (2) years of Client and Child experience
• Two (2) years of IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience
• Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience
• Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program

Description :

This is a Nurse Preceptor position responsible for teaching concepts to incoming RNs.

The preceptor will shield new nurses from making errors on the floor.

They will report to a Nurse ED onsite.

May precept up to two nurses.
