Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to meet talent and client expectations for speed and quality

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational clarity and alignment across the organization

Implement performance frameworks and optimize processes to enhance talent screening and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale operations with supply / demand components

Ability to formulate and execute business unit Key Performance Indicators

Proven experience in analytics and strategic planning

Financial acumen for developing pricing strategies and managing compensation programs
