Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programsOversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregiversConduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weeklyOther typical BCBA activitiesRequirements
Education / Experience and Other Requirements
