Responsibilities :

• Respond to member inquiries and provide accurate information regarding benefits and services.
• Assist members with booking transportation and resolving issues related to their healthcare needs.
• Handle calls related to billing, prescriptions, and other healthcare matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Triage incoming calls to determine priority and direct them to the appropriate department or resource.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and update relevant systems as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance member satisfaction.
• Stay informed about healthcare services and benefits to provide up-to-date information to members.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and related services.
