What You'll Do

Take pride in your work each day. As a branch manager, you manage a warehouse and branch location that serves electrical contractors. You lead a team that ensures our customers have what they need to do essential work like keeping the lights on. You will

• Set priorities for improving operations and increasing sales so that your branch can grow successfully
• Manage the financial performance of the branch, such as creating a business plan and an annual budget
• Lead the project, sales and warehouse teams, equipping them with training and resources to keep the branch running smoothly
• Select, coach and develop talent to help them grow personally and professionally
• Inspire associates to embrace a culture of team spirit and passion for our work
• Interact regularly with customers and help resolve customer concerns
• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing together with your purchasing team
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
