The Senior Web Developer
is responsible for designing, developing, and administering enterprise -level Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions in a hybrid environment. This role focuses on automating business processes, modernizing forms, migrating content from Drupal to SharePoint Online, and supporting intranet development initiatives. The position requires strong technical leadership, hands -on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user -centered solutions. The developer will also provide end -user support, governance oversight, and mentorship to team members. This engagement supports the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve productivity.
- Convert and redesign PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including building and testing solutions.
- Develop and integrate Power Automate flows with Microsoft Forms, Outlook, and SharePoint lists.
- Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including HUB site architecture.
- Migrate content from Drupal (v10.6.2 or higher) to SharePoint Online.
- Administer SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Implement governance, security, and data integrity best practices to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve end -user issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to developers and end users.
- Develop documentation and deliver end -user training on SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience developing and supporting Power Platform applications, including Power Automate and Power BI.5 years of experience using Power Automate Flow for process automation.5 years of experience with custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration.5 years of senior -level experience with SharePoint development and administration, including intranet development.5 years of experience managing an enterprise -level Microsoft SharePoint M365 Online environment.5 years of experience administering SharePoint Online (site creation, permissions, lists / libraries, workflow configuration).5 years of experience with HTML / CSS and SharePoint design tools.5 years of experience gathering requirements and communicating with technical and non -technical stakeholders.4 years of experience supporting enterprise users and content governance.⸻

Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.⸻
